Shopping for adult toys in Australia, made easy
Whether it's your first vibrator or your fiftieth, we want buying it to feel easy, private and a little bit fun. That's been the idea behind The Hot Spot since 2016, and after more than 75,000 orders it's still how we run the store.
A range for every body and every budget
We stock 11,000+ products, from vibrators and toys for women and toys for men to couples' toys, lingerie, lube and bondage gear. You'll find big names alongside cheaper options that still do the job, so you can try something new without spending a fortune. Not sure where to start? Our guides explain materials, sizes and what suits whom in plain English.
Private from checkout to your door
Every order ships in a plain box with no store name or product description on the outside. Your bank statement shows a neutral company name, never The Hot Spot or what you bought. We keep your details private and never sell them. More on our shipping page and in our privacy policy.
Fast delivery from seven cities
We ship from warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Darwin, so most orders don't cross the country to reach you. Shipping is free on orders over $60, and every order comes with a free gift.
Body-safe and backed by real people
We list materials on every product so you can choose body-safe silicone, glass or metal. Our condoms meet Australian Standards. If something arrives faulty, returns are free, and our 90-day warranty sits on top of the manufacturer's and your rights under Australian Consumer Law (see our returns policy). Questions before you buy? Meet the team, or call us on 1300 92 13 76. Our testers write under pen names to keep their private lives private.
Pay how you like
Pay by card, PayPal, Zip or bank transfer. Zip lets you spread the cost over time.
Questions we get asked
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Orders ship in a plain box with no store name or product details on the outside, and your bank statement shows a neutral company name, not The Hot Spot.
How long does delivery take?
We ship from seven warehouses around Australia. Orders placed before 2pm usually leave the same business day. Express post takes 1 to 2 business days and standard Australia Post 2 to 4. We also deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $60 or more. Every order also includes a free gift.
Can I return a toy?
For hygiene reasons we can't take back used or opened adult toys if you change your mind. If an item is faulty, returns are free and you're covered by our 90-day warranty and Australian Consumer Law.
Are your toys body-safe?
Each product page lists its material. Look for silicone, glass or stainless steel if body safety is your priority, and ask us if you're unsure.
